Order & Dispatch System

Order Process:

Once an order is placed,your item will be delivered within the period indicated in the product description. If any issues arise or further information is needed, our team will get in touch with you.

Dispatch Process & Charges:

Delivery is expected within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the specific product ordered. You can find the estimated delivery time for each item in its description.

To prevent any delivery delays, please ensure you provide your complete address and contact information.

Our team may reach out to you prior to delivery to confirm your availability at the provided address.

There are no delivery fees for orders collected from our showroom.
For other deliveries, the charges are listed below:

Delivery Notes:

• Product Variation: Minor differences in color, size, or design may occur. Images are for illustration purposes, and variations can occur due to screen settings or natural materials like wood.
• Installation Requirements: Our custom-made furniture may require minor touch-ups due to transportation. These will be provided at no charge if reported during delivery.
• Mounting Requirements: Loft beds or bunk beds may need to be wall-mounted for stability. Our team can assist with this upon delivery.
• Accessibility: Ensure elevator access is available in your building for delivery. Notify us in advance if special arrangements are needed.
• Wall Strength: For wall-mounted items, ensure walls are suitable and strong enough to support them.
• Delivery Timing: Please accept delivery within 5 days of notification, as storage space is limited.
• Special Requests: Inform us of any special requirements in advance; we’re here to assist you.

Repairs Policy:

Manufacturing Defects: We offer free repairs for any manufacturing defects reported at the time of delivery. Additional charges may apply if defects are reported after delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours by contacting our customer care at +971 4 255 6469
• After 24 Hours: A 25 % re-stocking fee applies for cancellations made after 24 hours but before delivery. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original credit card.

Return Policy:

Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
